out of the studio

I just wanted to let all of you know that I will be out of the studio from April 23rd. through May 2. I will also not have direct access to email or cell. I'll be off island but if you need to reach me, please email or leave a message in the studio and my business partner (hubby) will give me the message.

Here are some more little ones from January and February. They were all just adorable.

This first image is two super cute identical baby girls, affectionately called "the peanuts". They just needed a moment to reconnect. Sometimes even I gasp at the moments that are captured in a spit second.

Wee Ones

Here are a few of the littlest ones I got the pleasure of meeting this year. Don't ya just love that baby smell? Almost makes me want another one for myself....almost. Remember, for newborns, I'm partial to sessions within the first two weeks. They are just so tiny and sleepy.

Archiving 2006 images

Ok, so I know that I only gave out my blog link today so I thought I would post another entry so that I have at least two.

I just wanted to let all of you know that I will be archiving my 2006 negatives on April 1st. This means that they get secured in a safe spot and will not be as readily accessible for me. If you order any prints after April 1st there will be a $50.00 retrieval fee plus a minimum order amount of $100.00. I will be archiving negs about 90 days after the proofing date for any session. So hurry and get those orders in. It may take up to three weeks to process your order. Now on to more fun...

Here is another family I had the pleasure of photographing. The kids wanted to go outside to play and we brought out the bubbles. I don't do a lot of bubble shots but these are some of my favorites. I have been photographing these two beauties for about 5 years now. I love to watch families grow.

Welcome to our blog

Welcome everyone to my first blog entry. It's a work in progress but I'm still really excited to be up and running. This year has been a great one so far and it's only March. I'll start the blog with a link to my 2006 holiday card for those of you who may have missed it.

Utopia Holiday e-card

The kids had a blast decorating their tree house. We bought lots of "little" ornaments for it. I have to celebrate it while they are still little enough to fit inside.

I also wanted to share a personal favorite session of mine of 2006. My niece and nephew having a tea party complete with crackers with butter and multicolored sprinkles, the best kind, in my opinion. Oh, and we can't forget their new pup, Oliver.

How cute are they?
